Introduction: The prenatal nursing consultation is an important tool in the health care of pregnant women. The care technologies and the qualification of the nurse professional optimize this care in the maternal and child context. Objective: To develop a nursing consultation tool for pregnant women at risk in the Family Health Strategy. Method: Study of action research, through focus group technique, performed with nurses working in Family Health Strategies. Results: Two articles emerged as results of this study. Article 01 aimed to describe the need and importance of the development of an instrument for nursing consultation in prenatal care at usual risk for the Family Health Strategy. Through this study, two categories emerged, namely: (Des) knowledge of the importance of the instrument of nursing consultation for the autonomous practice; (In) safety in the applicability of instrument for nursing consultation. The data retaken the importance of an instrument for nursing consultation to pregnant women of usual risk that corresponds to the local need, and, in addition, the importance of the qualification for the efficient applicability of this care tool. Article 2 is an experience report referring to the focus group with nurses to discuss the steps of the nursing consultation for pregnant women at usual risk, in line with what is recommended by the Ministry of Health in the Family Health Strategy. Six focal meetings were held from May to August 2018. Six nurses working in the Family Health Strategy of a municipality in the Northwest of the State of Rio Grande do Sul participated in the meetings. The results, based on the theme studied, led to the elaboration of a protocol with flowcharts as care technology and conduits, in order to facilitate and improve care for health problems in the pregnant woman, encouraging the development of an instrument for consultation of nursing in the Family Health Strategy. Final considerations: The study provided the development of an instrument for nursing consultation to pregnant women at usual risk in the Family Health Strategy, which will allow the visibility of the actions of the nurse practitioner in Primary Care, especially in the population of pregnant women at risk habitual. Product generated: The final product was the development of an Instrument of Nursing Consultation for pregnant women at usual risk in the Family Health Strategy. The instrument is presented with the patient's data and conducts referring to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd gestational trimesters. This product is configured as care technology that will support the design of actions and systematization of care by nurses in Primary Care. |
