Resumo: As development policies occurred in the 1970s, the Brazilian state undergoes a complete transformation of the agricultural space in the cerrado. The agricultural mechanization combined with the advent of biotechnology turns definitely social relations of the field, enabling the specialization of regions and the rise of agribusiness. In this scenario, the State of Mato Grosso stands out as one of the main producers of commodities from Brazil. This is due mainly, above all, to the technological diffusion in network by companies and institutes directed to the production of new technologies. The aim of this study is to identify the formation of a network of power and persuasion linked to agribusiness in the State of Mato Grosso, what are the main actors involved in the process of dissemination of new technologies and which the punctual events aimed the dissemination of new technologies with emphasis on dissemination strategies in the network. For this purpose, we conducted on-site research in technological fairs as a Farm Show in the year 2015/2016, technical events as it's time to plant the Foundation of Support to the Farming Research of Mato Grosso - Fundação-MT and applications of questionnaires in companies linked to the production and diffusion of new technologies such as: Tropical Improvement and Genetics – TMG, Bayer AG, Monsanto among others. The research also counted on the consultation in sites of public and private character and analysis of data backed by the criticism of necessary bibliographical material. In this sense, we identified the formation of a network of power aimed at convincing via technological diffusion of agricultural producers of the State of Mato Grosso and we punctuate the main strategies of the agricultural marketing used by agents producers of new technologies.
