Resumo:	This work observes and analyzes the process of poetic construction of dance show Pasión, of the Cia. Art'Expressão will dance, which marked the path of a group of artists in the city of Cuiabá in the year 1997. For viewing of documents, process memory, we have based the critical genetic studies of Cecilia Salles. To think the contemporary dancing, authors such as José Gil, Antonio Pinto Ribeiro, Helena Katz, Christine Greiner. The observation of the course of the company to the construction heights raises the hypothesis that there have been changes in the way to choreograph and dance of its components as well as in thinking about contemporary dance in the city of Cuiabá.
