Resumo: |
The theme of this stydy is to explore the border memory from a museological approach, however, with a regional historical bias, on the Museu de História do Pantanal (MUHPAN), set in the city of Corumbá, State of Mato Grosso do Sul, on the border between Brasil and Bolivia and, as the community appropriates its material and immaterial memory, what is the understanding of the museum space as a database and as a permanent educatinal tool and as a point of social, cultural and economic devolopment. The theoretical framework of this research uses a framework of outhors who explore the issue of museology and history represented by Boylan (2004), Lewis (2004), Fabiano Júnior (2007), Marecos (2009), Duarte (2013), Le Goff (1990) e Sena (2017). The Museu de História do Pantanal (MUHPAN) is a public museum, as it is subordinate to the municipal power of Corumbá and linked to the Sistema Brasileiro de Museus, which, according to Moreira (2007), was instituted by the Ministério da Cultura and is understood as a large network of articulations and development of brazilian museums, incorporating state and municipal museums. In the cultural scenário, MUHPAN tends to play an important role wiyhin the society in which it operates, producing in addition to specific knowledge, interfaces between Regional History and the most varied cultures occurring on the border between Brzil and Bolivia. There is a wealth of cultural elements that coexist in the border area and that produce their meanings and translate aspects of the peoples that cohabit it. |
