Resumo: |
The research aims to analyze my experiences, identifying the performances with forró, as a cultural artifact, to direct a look through the afrocentric decolonial perspective. Your trail crosses the terreiros of life. Forró, its dance, writing, Afrocentricity and the pedagogy of crossroads flourish in the form of streets, terreiros, alleys and alleys, as spaces of transformation. The process blends poetry, which directs the paths of each chapter; memories, based on the thought of writing using my experiences as a poet and teacher; and Cultural Studies, with readings of the definitions of Afrocentricity; being ideas that privilege concepts, actions, thoughts and African identity that speak about or for African peoples and their descendants in relation to historical and social contexts; the pedagogies of the crossroads and of the streets, cross their potentialities in non-hegemonic spaces of knowledge. Thus, multiple forrós flourish, which permeate the dissertation and mix with other Afro-oriented knowledge. When the gaze aims at diasporic black bodies, it travels through my cultural artifacts, nightclub, soiree and dance school, blurring the knowledge of cognitive motor pedagogy. What emerges are traces of possible connections between forró and Bantu culture, thoughts and conflicts in the face of whiteness and social whitening, show that when black culture is not being marginalized, its people are. The energies of the orixás and pretos velhas also flow throughout the dissertation as ancestral advice, informing the directions to be taken. Thus, the research takes shape at the crossroads, finding strategies to be used, within an anti-racist forró pedagogy. |
