Resumo: This work proposes a biographical-frontier reading from the work Em liberdade, published in 1981 by Silviano Santiago. In the composition of this work the author from Minas Gerais creates a false diary of the writer Graciliano Ramos, narrating the days following his release from the prison in which he had been cloistered by the Vargas government. The body of the writer from Alagoas present in the aforementioned work, even if it is through the eyes of the writer from Minas Gerais, evidences a writing that carries in itself an experience; this is fraught with the pains and marks of the prison, and approaches the reality of millions of border bodies, devalued by modernity/coloniality, but who rise up/rise up to seek to re-exist, in an option that is configured as an alternative to hegemonic thinking, guided by a "different paradigm" as proposed by Walter Mignolo. In this intention, I opt for a methodology based strictly on bibliographic research, to engender reflections raised by readings of a decolonial and relate them to the poetic making of the writer miner, from the idea of transgression as a form of expression constituted by insurgent bodies, questioners, that end up constituting themselves as inconvenient bodies through the theorization of Silviano Santiago. My own reflection on such a conception, which I call transgressive writing, is configured as an insurgent act, making the theoretical thought and the practice of the research coincide, in the form of mimicry of content and form. This is characterized, in this reflection, by the process that goes from silencing to shouting, guided by Walsh, Mignolo, Santos. Equivalent to the idea that and the idea that learning To theorize in order to de-theorize and thus to re-theorize, implies to say that, in this way, the search for a theorization no longer submissive to the global North is highlighted. and its impositions even in the production of knowledge, based on the guidelines of Boaventura de Sousa Santos: to learn that there is a South; learning to go South; learn from the South and with the South. Finally, this posture also contemplates my own being, my borderline black body, propelled by my thinking, and my research, which brushes against my skin, bristling it, and thus motivating me to be myself also a transgressor, and that comes to the end of this more disobedient and borderline essay theoretical exercise.
