Resumo: The burnout syndrome was defined on the basis of socio-psychological model of Malasch and it results from chronic waste due to adverse professional infrastructure and unfavorable factor sat work, accumulated suffering for a given time associated with the difficulty of adaptation, it leads the worker to preventing burnout and to continue its business. It is a psychosocial phenomenon resulting from the superposition of three dimensions: Emotional Exhaustion(EE), depersonalization(DP) and Professional Achievement(PA). This thesis aims to evaluate the presence of work-related burnout and job satisfaction of multidisciplinary team members(nursing technician, nurse, physiotherapist and physician) care in two sectors of a public hospital in Belo Horizonte. Contact was made with the hospital for work authorization and the same was approved by the hospital's ERC and UFMG Medical School. Result it performed a descriptive study of absenteeism due to sick leave in all sectors of the hospital identified two sectors with the highest number of leave per total employees. The two sectors with the highest rates were assessed for their professional burnout and satisfaction with work, collected through three self-administered questionnaires(sociodemographic, characterization of the burnout syndrome-MBI-HSS and job satisfaction-S20/23).All physicians, physiotherapists, nurse and 30% nursing technician were interviewed in selected sectors, a total of 92 professionals with features: remain exclusive in the sector during the duty performed and provide healthcare services to patients. To identify and classify the presence of burnout the average sum of the constructs and the division into tertiles of the sample was used. The results underwent statistical technique univariate and multivariate linear regression via Quasi-Likelihood, the stepwise algorithm applied for selection of significant variables for the mixture Bacward and Forward methods. The results showed that burnout dimensions are related to job satisfaction, age, marital status, length of experience. There was a predominance of females58.2%, married /common-law marriage52.8%, 75.8% postgraduates. Lower values for EE, DP and high values for RP were observed on average, but with the presence of low, moderate and severe burnout in 36% of participants. The greater presence of emotional exhaustion and burnout among nurses was identified and the intensive care unit. There is no consensus as the gold standard in measuring the results of the questionnaire to indentify and classify work-related burnout, but to compare the sum of constructs with the average performed by tertiles, the results can underreport average predisposition to the syndrome. Emotional exhaustion, dissatisfaction with the positive correlation or a negative correlation with job satisfaction, may be the first point as identifiable predisposing factor to the onset burnout. It is of great importance for early institution can identify the presence of one of the dimensions of burnout associated with processes of dissatisfaction, to preemptively prevent the progression of a condition that affects more and more health care professional.
