Resumo: | The records /notes of nursery are composed by the clients manual; wich is a valuable instrument of the written communication between the members of the health team. On this form, these records must be clear, objective and completed with the purpose of allowing the continuity of the individualized and authentic care. Such post, the objective of this study was to comprehend the meaning of the notes that the nurse attributesduring the realization of the childish are attendance and development (CD). Took part of this study nine nurses that execute the attendance of CD with children from zero to five years old, in the Unidades Básicas de Saúde in the city of Divinópolis, Minas Gerais. The phenomenological approaching was the path that supported this research and thedata collection was made through interview, reckoning from the main question: describe for me what it means to you the record of your visit during the childishs attendance and development. From the comprehensible review of the discourse, came out fivecategories, wich are: finalities of the nurserys records / notes; records / notes as a substratum for the multiprofessional team; nurserys records / notes organized by records and regulations; the negligence of those records/notes; assimilating the negligence of those records/notes. The results showed that, in despite of the nurses experiences and reports about the importance of their notes for the continuity of the childish care, and becoming a legal document, subsidizing the work of otherprofessional workers, and they keep doing incompleted and eaningless records. Its manifested, the compromise from the nurse educator to incorporate the education of those written communication to the graduation on all dimensions and spaces through the process of learning. To the nurses, the duty of giving the continuity to thesestudies on several forums, materializing, practicing, the reflections and the evidentials emerged on those discussions. I believe that these strategies can put up and keep on with the solicitous and authentic caring during the childishs attendance and development, not only in the city of Divinópolis, but in all the context in taking care of others. |
