Resumo: | The main goal of this work is to evaluate the behavior and the strength of the simply supported steel-concrete composite slabs with end anchorage after the concrete cured, with using the profiled steel sheeting Steel Deck MF-75. The end anchorage was supplied by shear connectors stud bolts. Experiments with prototypes were carried out aiming to know the behavior and the failure mode of the composite anchored slab in all the loading stages. During the experiments deflections, end slippings in the interface steel-concrete and strains in the steel were measured for analysis of the behavior. A study of the behavior and the design of the profiled steel sheeting is presented considering the composite slab before the cure, for a better understanding regarding the influence of properties of the profiled steel sheeting in the resistance of composite slabs after the concrete cured. The partial interaction method, as described in the preliminary standard ENV -Eurocode 4, is used for the longitudinal shear strength and verification of composite anchored slabs. A comparative study of the behavior is made with the results of experiments among composite anchored slabs and nonanchoredto verify the influence of stud bolts. Results of analytic expressionsof composite slabs design with and without end anchorage are appraised and the resistance values will be calculate according to the adopted amount of stud bolts. The influence of the friction at the supports is mainly significant in composite slabs of small span, but it is not considered in the partial interaction method. Some proposed methods are presented for the consideration of this influence in the resistance to the longitudinal shear. With results of tests, these methods are analyzed to evaluate the veracity of the same ones. |
