Resumo: | With the objective to approach the habermasian formulation of the principle of universalization (U), to base the Discourse Ethics, initially we show the problem placed at the current moment of crisis that, on the other hand, demands and, for another one, judges impossible any attempt ofjustification. After that, we present the primordial formulation and justification of the kantian categorical imperative (IC). We show, later, the modifications operated for the Discourse Ethics to surpass the deficiencies of the Kantian Ethics. All these pacings had beenpropedeutics for then introducing U in the inward of a theor\' of the argument, while an unfolding of the discourse principle. To conclude, it was pointed the originality and the relevance of the habermasian formulation of U, in the context of this serious moral crisis thatfinishes century XX. |
