Resumo: | This study aimed a kick in the initial discussions on a team project in the field of architecture, in which relations between shape when architects together to collaborate in favor of a problematic project. Considering that science and knowledge are made by more questions than answers, the research developed in this dissertation masters worryabout improving initially raised questions about projects developed as a team. Questions on motivation, relationships, communication, leadership, problem solving, decision making and creative teams involved in general in any area and there are also professional in the field of architecture, with its peculiarities, and are treated here notwith the intention to exhaust them, but with the aim of encouraging discussion and development of more work on this topic. From a case study conducted with students in the Course of Architecture, School of Architecture of UFMG and interviews with teachers of the Department of Projects of the school, together with a literature review on the subject was able to open discussions on land not far common to architects, althoughthe practice has suffered for lack of knowledge and critical about the performance of project teams. No improvement in education and experience with teams, need to prepare new generations for new relations in the labor market that expected. In practice missing,precisely, professional preparations for implementation of labor relations more consistent with the production of architecture today, with the presence of professionals rooted in outdated paradigms. |
