Resumo: | The research aims to understand my process of professional identity constitution as General Pedagogical Coordinator (CPG). My diaries, as a research device, were produced in the exercise of my pedagogical practice, during the years 2020/2021, in the Municipal Education Network of Belo Horizonte (RME-BH). The theoretical-methodological approach is based on (auto)biographical research, emphasizing research-education. For the interpretive-reflective analysis, we opted for the reading in three stages proposed by Souza (2006), considering the time to remember, narrate and reflect on the experience. The results indicate that the performance of the CPG expresses several challenges regarding the pedagogical practice, bringing evidence of my personal and professional trajectory. Furthermore, the analyzes indicate that the constitution of identity is a process that is in permanent transformation and negotiation, according to legislation, demands of the socio-political-historical context and through the researcher's own senses and meanings about her pedagogical work. |
