Resumo: Taking as theoretical basis the perspective of Derrida about deconstruction, post-structuralist work or queer and the notion of ethnography as performance, this paper is about the production of 'legitimate' and 'abject' bodies and about the demarcation of borders and areas of exclusion through ethnographic materials categorized as fictional alterwritings. That said, the fictional alterwritings place at the same level two novels, two autobiographies and oral discourses produced in twenty-eight interviews and in a focus group with youngs undergraduate or postgraduate students. Questioning the idea of fiction in novels and of 'truth' both in autobiographies and in oral discourses, I seek to understand the context of written and spoken texts, starting from understanding the discourse conditions of production and the possibility of constructing new contexts. Finally, I consider a policy of post-structuralism representation, suggesting the term 'trans-identity' instead of 'post-identity', relating it to the Derrida's notion of diférrance and emphasizing flows and intersections.
