Resumo: |
This work aims to provide access to information and guidance to the pool of users of the Unified Health System, Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), of the University Hospital of UFMA, Hospital Universitário da UFMA (HU-UFMA), through a communication strategy, where the proposed tool is a series of videos that will be distributed through the internal network system to the institution's multi-platform communication channels. In this way, we aim to promote knowledge about SUS, disease prevention and health promotion, transforming them into protagonists of their own care, and also strengthening the institutional image of HU-UFMA and SUS. The methodology used had a hybrid approach through the application of quantitative and qualitative research of an exploratory nature with direct data collection through the bibliographic, documentary and field modalities with the application of questionnaires and the use of the focus group technique, aiming to validate the chosen format, identifying the profile and level of information of SUS users who are assisted at the HU-UFMA outpatient clinics. Based on the analyzes and data collected, the product, which will be videos, were decided upon, with the main themes being defined for the script and subsequent production of them. The idea is to use programs such as Canva and InShot for editing, as they are easy to use and free of charge, with a proposal that seeks to ensure an efficient, clear, concise and easy-to-understand communication process, so that the HU-UFMA communication department can continue the production. The strategy is intended to provide a change in posture, behavior and understanding of the role of SUS users, leading them to empower their right to health and their health care. |
