In this way, it seeks to understand the bases of cosmopolitanism as the purpose of nature for the moral improvement of humanity, a course that is methodologically understood by the Philosophy of History around the concept of antagonism, conflict, war and sociability. From this perspective, he exposes relevant aspects of Kantian legal pacifism, which overlap with modern theories of international law. As well as evidence the support of the dignity of the human person as a principle of freedom based on morality, in the field of cosmopolitan law for the public use of reason. Finally, exploring the perpetual peace project in dialogue with the post-Second War scenario, with cosmopolitanism as the paradigm within the project, as a theoretical possibility for international law and international relations today.
