The management of the work in SUAS. It the question is a study developed by means of documentary analysis complemented with interviews semi-structured with social subjects wrapped in the process of implementation of the Politics of Social work in the city of Boa Vista-RR. The objective is to discuss the management of the work in the Politics of Social work taking as a base to Operational Basic Standard of Human Resources NOB-RH set up in 2006 and like backdrop the historical configuration of the State of Roraima. The above-mentioned study contemplates three different, however complementary moments. In the first one, it the question is the Social work like politics of social protection, doing a short approach of the development of the social protection in the world and in Brazil, next, to wrap the discussion of the legal landmarks of the Brazilian Social work: Federal constitution of 1998, the Organic Law of the Social work, the National Politics of the Social work, the Operational Basic Standard of the System Only one of the Social work, besides the Operational Basic Standard of Human Resources NOB-RH. Next, there are analysed the world of the work and the politics of work in Brazil, tackling the historical evolution of the work in Brazil, the labor legislation and his relation with the social Brazilian protection. At this moment, there is discussed the Politics of Human Resources of the Social work, referenced in the axles of the NOB-RH and his relation with the quality of the services, benefits, programs and projects given by the politics of social work. Finally, the last moment is dedicated to the treatment of the workers of the Social work in Roraima. Take the vision which social workers and psychologists have on the implementation of the NOB-RH in the state, being considered the process of insertion, the qualification and the conditions of work of these professionals.
