Resumo: |
This research The perspective of Black Feminism from the optics of autobiographical narratives of black women education workers in Praia Norte - Tocantins. Therefore, the narratives and this music in question are the objects of study in this research. It is justified by the fact that I am a black woman educator as part of this context and with questions about the focus of the study. Thus, I bring as a problem the perception of the existence of black women who do not have a political identity positioning as anti-racist and feminist educators crossed by intersectional issues of class, gender and race. Therefore, cast as goals: find out the paths that build me as a black woman and anti-racist educator; present the theoretical subsidies of empowerment for Black Feminism; discuss how the methodological encounter of research with the collective of black women educators takes place; analyze the experiences from the perspective of Black Feminism of women workers in education in Praia Norte – Tocantins; and, to know the trajectories of black women education workers in fragments of their autobiographies, in order to structure this study with the necessary theoretical and methodological bases. So, we substantiate epistemological bases on black feminist intellectuals on concepts related to the approach evidenced in the contributions of Freire (1967; 1987; 1996; 2020), Gomes (1995; 2005; 2006; 2010; 2019), Carneiro (1985; 2004; 2005; 2011), Nascimento (2002), Evaristo (2008; 2017; 2020), Munanga (2009; 2012), Gonzalez (2010; 2017; 2018), Deus (2011), Adichie (2012; 2014; 2019), Cruz (2015), Carvalho (2016), Davis (2016; 2018), Ribeiro (2017; 2018; 2019), hooks (2017; 2019b), Collins (2019), Kilomba (2019), Santos (2019; 2022), Moraes (2021), Nascimento (2021), Lorde (2021), Rodrigues (2023), among others. Therefore, prioritized Qualitative Research, using procedures from Autobiographical Research in Education, based on two person Conversation Wheels, with the problematization of the song “Triste, Louca ou Má” by the Banda Francisco El Hombre, heard the narratives of black workers women of education in two public schools in Praia Norte - Tocantins, so, and this way, created an interview script with personal and complementary data that were answered via Google Forms, accomplished two more validation wheels through the Google Meet stand, and, reports from 26 women were analyzed as a basis for investigation, with the aim of guaranteeing a scientific basis for the study. The results reveal that society reproduces discourses and practices that marginalize and make black women invisible. Contrast the need for public political, spaces for dialogue permeated by intersectionality, equity, visibility, respect for speech and appreciation of diversity. Considering the relevance of the trajectories of black women workers in education, our research legitimized being fundamental in the construction of comprehensive and representative knowledge. So, there is potential to expand the engagement of anti-racist educators and Black Feminist activists in re-signifying teaching concepts and practices and rethinking positions. Furthermore, as a result of this research, share the personal journey of the women involved in the research in a book of autobiographical stories, as a way of materialize all this work. |
