Resumo: From a didactic manifestation of philosophical reflections. The present work weaves a set of discussions about the use of WhatsApp in a didactic way within the classroom in the teaching of philosophy and its learning in elementary school. In addition, we will seek to intersect the thinking of philosophers with education scholars who demonstrate in their works how the application is used and its functionalities, such as Pierre Lévy. The work aims to insert the use of the WhatsApp application in Philosophy classes and other curricular components, through a didactic sequence that offers alternatives for a teaching and learning practice, generating interactivity and knowledge exchanges, initially the work highlights the importance of the entry of new technologies in classrooms, at a later time the link of these new technologies with the methodologies of teachers and finally presents, philosophical didactics with the use of WhatsApp in an interesting way to stimulate critical reflection and autonomous thinking of students with a participatory research carried out at the Cecília Button Municipal School in Peri Mirim – MA, developed with students of the eighth grade of elementary school, presented as a proposal of didactic support to teachers, as an example of approaches to learning in the teaching of philosophy, discussing themes stimulating active participation and a feasibility to be inserted as a didactic intervention of teaching, due to its mobility, flexibility and presence in society. The students included in the research who previously had difficulties in carrying out philosophy activities inside and outside the classroom, based on the research carried out, found time and specific opportunities with the use of the WhatsApp application to hold small discussion forums with relevant and current themes, through the group with messages based on videos, audios, images and texts with different contents of the teaching of Philosophy. The debate can be conducted inside or outside the classroom, through the application with activities for teaching- learning and analysis of philosophical texts, discussing their ideas and concepts.
