Resumo: All factors related to the working conditions bring significant impacts and repercussions in the political sphere, economic and social of the population. From the point of view of the working environment, one cannot speak in stable condition. For each day, change the settings of the performance of community health workers and the dynamics of the community, migration, changes, invasions, police operations, affect their daily work. This research aimed to analyze the risk factors associated with the health of the Community of the Family Health Strategy Agents in Hope Village Industrial District in São Luís-MA. Descriptive and analytical study with a quantitative approach. The study included 60 ACS. Statistical analysis was performed using the EPI-INFO 2008 programs version 3.5.1 and STATA, version 10.0. The research followed the ethical, according to Resolution 466/12. The results of the socioeconomic and demographic profile indicated that 96.66% are female. The age range was characterized 58.7% for 30 to 39 years, with 65% completed high school. The community health workers have shown associations between physiological signs and symptoms with risk conditions in the course of activities at work. We emphasize that this study worked with a group of community health workers, and before that, the results should not be generalized because each area has specific ways of life and work.
