Resumo: |
This work had as objective to establish the connections between the sensational determination of the violence on the Police Journalism and the ideology that permeates the culture on capitalist society, in order to identify the representations and ideologies about violence, assuming that these ideologies instigate barbarity. For this purpose, we used the bibliographic research to build a theoretical backing, in which the Critical Theory was fundamental, specially the ideas of Adorno (1995a; 1995b; 2003; 2010) and Adorno and Horkheimer (1985). We also made a content analysis of the TV news “Brasil Urgente” and “Cidade Alerta”, that fit on the police journalistic gender. It was analysed six reports of each TV new, one of each month, from the first semester of 2018. We concluded that the way that the news are built and presented on these TV news spreads the barbarity, since they direct the causes and solutions of the violence to the individual scope, provoking the shutdown of the dialetic relation between subject and object, and the spread of the coldness and violence trivialization. |
