Resumo: |
This article objectify analyzing the work of the intellectuals Walther Rathenau and Adolf Augustus Berle Junior which, in the 20th century, were responsible for systemizing a new rationally in organizational form of Capitalism in German and The United States, respectively. With the support of the theory developed by the Marxist João Bernardo, we seek in the dialogue with those authors to comprehend the ideological and conceptual plan of what we call Integrated Capitalism, which introduce a new class of the main and organizational role in the productive processes that distinct it from the bourgeoisie and also from the proletariat: the manager. With a introductory mark, we intend to comprehend from which perspective this type of capitalism’s organization the ideological plan develops, even in distinct countries with cultural aspects also distinct. |
