Resumo: |
The production chain of milk is considered one of the most complex and representative of Brazilian agribusiness. Because of the importance of this chain to Brazilian economy, there is a vast literature about this theme. However, there are few studies related to effectiveness of the relationship between agents that compose it. In this context, the objective of this research was assessing the effectiveness of stakeholders, farmers, industry and policy makers in the production chain of milk at Meia Ponte micro-region, Goiás state. To analyze the effectiveness, we built a tool to assess comparatively the perception of relationship between participants of the milk production chain based on variables included in studies of Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry (1988) and Cronin and Taylor (1992). In addition, we used secondary data and interviews with key characters. Analysis was performed based on descriptive statistical methods. The results indicated that the milk production chain at Meia Ponte micro-region there is effectiveness in the relations between industry-farmers and industry-government, despite these relationship have areas liable for improvement, on the other hand, they didn't highlighted effectiveness in the relationship between farmers and government. |
