Resumo: | This dissertation presents the reality of the market especially for the population being banked , with an emphasis on lower income, which represents the largest number of potential customers. For better understanding of this study, we analyzed the presence of banks regions in Brazil, as well as the amount of potential customers being banked , which could generate greater profitability for banks operating in Brazil. This quantitative analysis was developed in the form of case study, including the phenomenon in a longitudinal view. The current context of interest rate we analyzed, the loss of profitability for banks, and the opportunity that presents itself with a great potential to generate profits through the bankability of customers who do not have bank accounts. From this study it is possible to make suggestions that banks operating in Brazil to expand its customer base to generate income to offset losses of reduced interest rates. At the end of the survey will be made suggestions for Brazilian banks, such as placing large organized movement to promote the opening of accounts of the public that does not have a bank account. Facilitate the hiring of local staff to open accounts, then propose the expansion of service points. Create new forms of performance and relationship with banks, through the transactional access through cellular phones, television sets already in power almost all Brazilians. |
