Resumo: The technologies of the modern world rebuilds in qualitative and quantitative level the communication and the expression human being, presenting a new form of if thinking and carrying through the tasks. The rapidity with that the information are processed, currently, associates to the necessity of adequacy to the trends imposed for the society and the market of a general form, and the increasing introduction of the technological resources in all the segments, also in the education, they characterize the scene on which must be analyzed the practical professor to reach better resulted in the process of education and learning. The necessity to manage the structure of production of knowledge, permeated for the use of the new technologies of information and communication and its entailing with the practical professor, as well as the one to use methods of collective production of the knowledge and competitive intelligence, is aspects essential to be considered in the complex activity to educate in the current world. Relating the elements observed with the current possibilities of use of the resources of the information technologies and communication, in the process of management of the knowledge associates to the practical professor, the research presents pedagogical and technological principles, focusing the diversity of the process of construction of the knowledge in the current world.
