The present dissertation presents the results of a research on the transformations caused for the implantation of telework in a company of the oil sector and gas. A research was carried through using open interviews and from this stage a structuralized instrument of research was elaborated. This research had for purpose to signal the answers for some referring questions to the impact of telework in its lives, on the occurred changes in the familiar relations, the relation with the company and its comments how much to telework. The results point excellent changes how much to the familiar relation, the control of the time, requirement of self-discipline among others aspects.
