Resumo: This work is destined essentially to analyze the level of adherence of the concepts of net partner-technique to the methodology of projects administration used in ATP-MRL/ISUP, considering the current moment of maturity presented. It is also destined to evaluate which the professionals' perception, as for the impacts that the partner-technique concepts implementation could bring for ripening and productivity of the methodology used. For that it was evaluated contemporary concepts of projects administration and the concepts of nets partner-techniques, in the intention of identifying gaps that now impact negatively the projects administration and that could be used to potentiate the productivity and results of the projects. Soon afterwards we evaluated the current reality of the research object through the application of a research questionnaire in an innovative way, through research software developed by the own author, bringing some benefits to highlight: convenience to the interviewee: through remote access to answer to the research; the researcher's management: to know who, when and how long people took to answer the questions; easiness for the data compilation: through dynamic tables making possible larger versatility in the treatment of the information. Concluding, we analyzed all of the subjects, unfolded by all functional levels of the management, being permitted a detailed analysis of the research, what naturally made possible a larger refinement level in the conclusive analyses
