Resumo: | The competitive companies are noticing that to invest in their employees' training it is for managerial subjects or for coming pressures of the needs of the professional market, it brings positive results. In that sense, this work has the purpose of evaluating the practice of the Corporate Education in Brazilian companies in relation to the concepts of a Corporate University, proposed by Meister (1999) and to formulate administration criteria for the Corporate Universities. It was taken by base a case study in three active companies in the Brazilian market in the medical aid sections, in the telecommunications and in the financial section. As result is had that even with some limitations and that the return of its performance is not still indeed checked, it is undeniable that the optics proposal for existence of the corporate universities values, it provokes an enrichment and an evolution to the functions of the old training section. The people's development in the organizations raisin to have character continuous, permanent and linked to the objectives of the business. Besides, the partners of the business are included in the process of continuous learning of the Corporate Universities, the one that makes possible reinforce the strategic alliances. With that the education corporate raisin to receive a larger attention of the high step of the organizations and it is harnessed and it becomes indeed considered in the strategies of the organization. |
