Resumo: | The current economic conjuncture, based on information and knowledge, resulting in highly competitive environments where intellectual capital becomes the most valuable asset of an organization. In this innovator scenario, is necessary for companies to utilize and combine the various sources and types of knowledge in order to develop an innovative capability, using especially of human capital in the form of tacit knowledge of its employees. However, we find a variety of implementations of knowledge management (KM) with highly technical visions, without proper concern for the measurement of results. On the other hand, the existing measurement models intended to measure the results at the organizational level, which complicates the verification of benefits in each project. Given this context, the objective of this research is to develop an initial proposal for a model that allows measurement of knowledge management in projects. This research initially aims to introduce the concepts of KM, project management and measurement models already on the organizational level. Then will be a case study in business services information technology (IT) with the aim of evaluating companies today as they measure the benefits of KM initiatives in their projects. The result of the case study will be a mapping of KM practices in progress and the indicators used by these companies. Finally, it will be offered a measurement model, based on the trends identified in the literature and the practices adopted by the organizations surveyed. The major contribution of this research is the possibility of bringing the project level to measure the results obtained from KM practices uniting theory and practice. |
