Resumo: The present text rises phenomenological questions on the being of the presence (HEIDEGGER, 2006) of the teaching, according to research about itself (teaching) in relation to the learners of the Full Licenciateship on Pedagogy with the use of a tablet PC, a mobile device, at a hospital playroom. For that, in a formal way, it was phased a general goal: to problematize the being-there in the flows of a continuous transformation that, perhaps, would project the being of the presence of the teaching with the mobile device PC and the educational networks of inclusive learnings as results from this apprenticeship toward the other in the world. The thesis (confirmed) was the one that a simple artifact/device/tool such as a tablet PC is able to produce more meanin f wh h y P y’ students who use it in a hospital playroom of a facility of the public health system at Picos-PI, students (whom we recognize the closest to what we may call psychopedagogues) who work in the field of clinical psychopedagogy. The methodology used was one of existential phenomenological inspiration with the main intention, among others, of describing the weaving of a inclusive educational network that comes from the flow of a continuous transformation granted in a context of domain of a power that stimulated the discovery of playful-educational challenge within the digital technique and the paradigmatic transition from a socio-historically condition, determined of a subject for the act of becoming decisive agent of factors able to reveal the being. The results show that the manifested procedures at the human action developed with the tablet PC revealed a possible constitution of a professional field for the social clinical psychopedagogy, showing differentiated ways of being of the teachings, assuming still that the [psyco] pedagogical work before this specific type of digital mobile technology, when offered to children and not only to adults, tends to happen with preponderance of demands for punctual interventions alongside h ’ f w wh h w h manifestation of a serene libertarian educational posture that borders the ones of a non directive approach of teaching, revealing thus the being of the presence of teaching in the ways of care and serenity, among others.
