This study analyze the impact of the implementation of the National Rural Housing Program for the Movement political organization of Small Farmers to check whether there are changes in their flags of struggle and forms of political expression. For this purpose, we start from a historical ransom of the problems of the agrarian question in Brazil, the consequences of which date back to today in rural poverty and the poor condition of the peasant farmer. The National Programme for Rural Housing therefore meets the expectations of social movements that demand better living conditions for the field and the Small Farmers Movement stands out in implementing this program in the state of Espirito Santo. The research included interviews with members of the Movement, document analysis, bibliographic research and monitoring in the MPA site. For analysis, we used the case study. In the final considerations, we point out some indications of the consequences of this partnership and impact, particularly in relation to its base.
