Resumo: This research discusses the possibility to try other forms of formation, particularly on the subject of gender and sexuality, from the intersection with the cinema. Therefore, teacher training at the Center for Studies and Research on Sexualities the Federal University of Espírito Santo with a group of eleven teachers from different schools and had different degree courses was held. Cartography, sought to enhance the creation of a method to be experienced, not applied. The intention was not to put the previous method to the experience; so the teacher-principal-cartographer captured material from any source from an enriched variety of sources. It was used a qualitative methodology involving audio recordings, field diary and letters were used. Among the main results is the affirmation of the need for training spaces that enhance the exchange of shared experience and increase the power to exist. Furthermore, it was observed that there are some conditions that are part of a formation, such as reliability, availability, line, and groupality interest. And together, effects emerge in unpredictability plan and indeterminacy. One of the effects that the formation undertaken allowed to realize was how much the meetings contributed to the emergence of new subjectivities were possible, of new possibilities for action and connection to the world.
