Resumo: | Due to the huge lack of knowledge in financial education, this dissertation’s goal is to train teachers in financial education in the school, since it would be the best moment to start this practice, as soon as possible. With the plurality of knowledge that the subject requires, we’ll discuss issues such as planning techniques, personal and global sustainability, economics, finances in formation of a sustainable consumer, through the vision of mathematicians and professionals in administration, economics and accounting, all in one. Throughout four chapters we’ll discuss the essential concepts to generate theoretical support in financial education, bringing a different language than the used in the books, valuing the mathematics in the construction of formulas, leaving behind the mechanical act, although not forgetting the optimizations in the resolutions made by such books. We’ll unite the logic of math to the understand of shopping pleasure, the movements of economy to the market, and position ourselves as financial educators, proposing an activity which the teacher can work with the students in the classroom, confronting problems of their daily lives. It should be reinforced that at no time will the consideration presented here will be unique and absolute, given that financial education is not static, due to the human variables not mathematically measurable, such as yearning, desires, pleasures and happiness, etc. We’ll meet the OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development), and understand its relationship with the associated countries, and so on see that from this work, Brazil created the ENEF (National Financial Education Strategy) for financial education in a public policy action. It had within one of its first steps the creation of a pilot project of Financial Education in Schools. |
