Resumo: This research aims how the bases on wich capitalista society was constituted reflect on the educational policies and guidelines that govern the education complex today. Therefore we will try to understand the way in witch the system that governs the society in witch we live, its productive mechanisms and it’s consequences in the social structure and in the impoverishment of the working class. Therefore, we intend to base ourselves theoretically on the socio-metabolic mode of capital reproduction and on what István Mészáros called the structural crisis of capital. After that, we will conduct the examination of the Incheon Declaration, adopted at the 2015 Incheon conference in South Korea, which set the guidelines for education until 2030. We will also try to locate the global education monitoring reports produced since then. To the realization this study, we will rely on authors of the Marxian-Lukacsian ontology, such as Marx (2013), Lukács (2013) and Engels (2010). In addition, we will also look for interpreters of Marxism such as Mészáros (2011). In this same track, we will also count on the contributions of Freres, Rabelo and Mendes Segundo (2008), Netto and Braz (2007), Coggiola (1998) and Santos (2005) and Silva (2015), who will help us to unveil poverty in the current form of sociability. The book The situation of the working class in England, by Friedrich Engels, will help us to demonstrate the impacts of the industrial revolution and the advento of capitalismo on the living conditions of the working class.
