Resumo: |
The analyzes indicated that, for small dams, the results are dependent on the scenarios evaluated and have great variability of the parameters. Also, the floods resulting from natural floods in these basins would cause damage similar to those expected by the rupture of these dams. For large and medium-sized dams, this scenario does not apply, since the ruptures present a major change in the river regime, as well as significant flooding and incremental height in the rupture events. In these cases, the results do not present great variability, and there is no less critical rupture scenario for the same gap parameters. The analyzes indicated that the classification of associated potential damage as "high" is only for medium and large enterprises, even if the region downstream of the dams classified as small is inhabited. Indicating that the requirement for the preparation of PAE for small enterprises is disproportionate, since the possible area affected by the rupture of these dams would be equivalent to the area affected by a natural flood. |
