Resumo: |
The Brazilian National Social Assistance Policy aims to guarantee access to social rights and act in the prevention of risks and vulnerabilities, promoting acquisitions and potentialities through services and benefits and has territoriality as one of its principles, and its actions must occur in line with the local specificities. The production of data about the territories then becomes very important. Despite this, the diagnoses made do not account for psychosocial aspects, which promotes an obstacle in coping with risks and vulnerabilities. In order to solve this problem, the aforementioned dissertation aims to analyze the experiential-affective dimension of the relationship between residents of a territory referenced by a Reference Center for Social Assistance in Maracanaú and their place of residence based on the construction of Affective Maps and of the assessment of the Esteem for the Place. For this purpose, the references of Socio-Historical Social Psychology (represented mainly by the categories of Affectivity, Perezhivaniye/Experience and Ethical-Political Suffering), Environmental Psychology with a transactional approach and the perspective of Decolonial Studies in human and social sciences were used. Anchored in a qualitative perspective, were used as methods of gathering information I) Narrative review of the literature and II) the Affective Maps Generator Questionnaire. As a result, there was a prevalence of a depotentiating Esteem for the Place among the sample, with emphasis on the affective images of Insecurity and Depotentiating Contrast. The average of the Estem for the Place Index of the sample scores -35.6, corroborating with the affective images listed. Finally, the research raises reflections on the construction and evaluation of practices of territorialization and management of the territory that take into account the territorial complexity, contemplating the experiential and affective factors in the reading of psychosocial vulnerabilities and potentials. |
