Resumo: In the context of intensification of lethal violence in Brazil, especially in the Northeast region, the present research is guided by the question: how the narratives about the life trajectories of adolescents and young people who are comply with socio-educational measure and the fragments of their daily lives express psychosocial dynamics of violence of killable subjects, in the midst of the operation of power technologies linked to the management of life and death? The general objective is to problematize, from narratives of adolescents who are attributed the infraction act on their life trajectories and fragments of their daily lives, psychosocial dynamics of violence, taking the notion of necropoly as a heuristic presupposition. The specific objectives are: to analyze the discursive productions of adolescents who are accused of committing an infraction of homicide in adolescence, including this as necropolitan devices; analyze narratives of adolescents who are comply with socio-educational measure about their life trajectories, highlighting them as analysts of the production of the adolescent / young offender in the frames of power technologies articulated to the management of life and death; to problematize the daily life of adolescents and young people considered to be offenders and their relationship with the dynamics of violence in the city of Fortaleza. Theoretically, the research brings concepts about the notions of necropolitics proposed by Achille Mbembe and biopolitics formulated by Michel Foucault and also contributions from Social Psychology that discuss urban violence and juvenile modes of subjectivation discussed from post-structuralist dialogues or the philosophy of difference, as well as with critical criminology references. Methodologically, this is an intervention research based on the cartography method developed at the Specialized Reference Center for Social Assistance (CREAS) of the V Regional Executive Secretariat of the city of Fortaleza, which serves the region of Grande Bom Jardim, a territory that registered the highest homicide rates in the capital in 2017. Participants in the intervention research are adolescents and young people who are considered to be the subject of an infraction act inserted in group activities in the CREAS, that is responsible for the socio-educational measures of Community Service Rendering and Assisted Freedom. As methodological strategies, the research involves observations and conversations in daily life, semi-structured interviews and discussion groups with these adolescents. It is hoped that this study will contribute to the deepening of the discussions about violence against adolescents in Brazil and the analysis of the psychosocial dynamics of violence in the state of Ceará, especially its implications in the processes of juvenile subjectivation in peripheral contexts.
