Resumo: |
This study aims to propose an innovative teaching and assessment methodology for the development of entrepreneurial skills of students in the course of Systems and Digital Media - SMD, from UFC, which enables a more adequate training to the demands of the world of systems work and digital media. The theoretical foundation is based on the theories about entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial education, defended by Dolabela (2006), Dornelas (2016), Schumpeter (1961) and Lopes (2017), of the entrepreneurial skills, discussed by Cooley (1990) and Lenzi (2008) and teaching and educational assessment, developed by Hoffman (2009), Luckesi (2002) and Vianna (2000). Yin (2015) and Triviños (1987) supported the development of the case study procedures, which investigated the teaching and assessment models and practices applied in the Multimedia Business Management discipline - GNM and the contributions of the Course Pedagogical Project - PPC to the development of entrepreneurial skills demanded by the market. Bardin (2016), with his method of content analysis, provided the subsidies for the analysis of the collected data. The research took place from the documentary analysis of the PPC, from questionnaires applied to students and teachers and semi-structured interviews with the coordinators of the courses, day and night. Sixty-three students who took the GNM course between 2011 and 2019, eighteen teachers and 2 course coordinators answered the questionnaires, contributing to the investigation of the students' profile and entrepreneurial skills, the degree of satisfaction with the teaching methodologies. teaching and assessment applied in the GNM discipline and the perception of entrepreneurial culture in the course. Despite the constant updates of the PPC and the GNM discipline, it was observed that the students of the GNM discipline recognize 05 (five) of the 10 (ten) entrepreneurial skills evaluated in the research and that the entrepreneurial culture needs to be systematically strengthened in the SMD course. Therefore, the proposal presented contemplates the reformulation of the GNM discipline, based on a methodology based on the assumptions of entrepreneurial education, interaction with other disciplines and actions promoted by students, teachers and coordinators of the Course on Systems and Digital Media for development students' entrepreneurial skills. |
