Resumo: |
This dissertation deals with the Housing Policy of the Federal My Home, My Life (PMCMV) Program, considering epistemological and ontological aspects and the psychosocial specificities of the place of women as beneficiary of this program. Such problematizations are carried out from the fields of Social, Community and Environmental Psychology and also from Philosophy. Throughout the work, we present the history and the path of conquest of the right to housing, as well as the emergence of housing complexes, their social, historical and cultural dimensions in Brazil. Subsequently, fundamental questions about dwelling the house and its importance in the construction of subjects' subjectivity, considering concrete, symbolic, affective, psychological and social dimensions, are deepened. The purpose of this study was to understand the meanings of housing for women living in the Housing Complex Nova Caiçara, located in the municipality of Sobral, in the state of Ceará - Brazil. The methodology of this research was qualitative and exploratory. In the construction of the empirical corpus, affective maps, field diaries and Roda de Conversa were used with the dwellers. The application of the instruments occurred individually and, later, the Wheel of conversation happened, thus totaling two stages. The subjects were 12 women, heads of families, residents of the housing complex. The findings of the research present two categories that reveal about the attachment to the place, called Pleasure and Contrast - we also find traits that indicate the category Belonging. From the results, it is understood that the relationship with the house is the result of a need to have a place and, therefore, is evident in the findings of the research as a dream come true. Although the affective relationship with the home is potentiating, it can be seen that the contents about alienation, appropriation and ethical-political suffering stand out from this relation. The study also explains the relation of the woman to the house, from the feminist discussion of woman's place in society, articulated to the concept of place of speech. |
