Resumo: The students' learning process, due to its dynamic behavior, cannot be faced with the traditional model of structuring classes, as the gaps left by an outdated class model end up compromising the effective learning of its participants. Thus, requiring the need for change in the educational scenario, this work proposes the use of the active inverted classroom methodology, based on the parameters of the BNCC and Gardner's Theory of Multiple Intelligences, as a strategy to provide meaningful learning for students. The pedagogical proposal consisted of building fanzines in teams aiming the teaching of optics. The methodology consisted of four meetings with the students in which topics such as: what are fanzines and how to produce them, place of publication of these materials on the padlet platform, moment of adjustments with the evaluation and monitoring of the teacher and finally the presentation and conference of fanzines for the whole class. The results obtained indicated the class engagement with this methodology, as well as a better understanding of the contents of optics. The students had the opportunity to develop different skills that made them protagonists of the learning process, managing to apply the concept of intelligence, from Gardner's perspective, in many dimensions.
