Resumo: | This dissertation deals with the implementation of the National Public Policy for Food and Nutrition Security (SAN) to local daily practices. Ethnography was the procedure that described the empirical research as a methodology and textual production. Research It follows that the social representations made about the popular restaurant focus on proportionality between the quality of food offered and the price charged by meeting the basic expectations. Already formulated social representation of community vegetable gardens is full of positive and do your calculations on the negative, riddled with conflicts. Prevail the benefits associated with improved quality of life in the cosmo vision of both interlocutors. |
