This study aims to analyze the data relating to complaints made to the detriment of servers System of Public Security, police officers crowded in Manaus Amazonas state capital, via the complaint department of the Internal Affairs Division of the Public Security System of the State of Amazonas, in the years 2013-2014, in order to analyze the phenomenon of change in the number of complaints, according to the position of the accused, the local manning, frequency of administrative violations and the situation of initiated administrative procedures and relate these complaints with the impact of anxiety and stress in everyday executive functioning Civil Police who develop this operational policing work, relating to the Administrative Procedures Disciplinary - PAD. The presence of anxiety and stress levels considered above average in a given civil police of a population can be effectively study the basis for discovery of coping strategies, control mechanisms or extinction of anxiety. So while end present a proposal for restructuring the disciplinary model as regards the aspects of direction and determination, striving for a more practical and speedy solution with regard to the disciplinary regime of the civil police of the State of Amazonas.
