Resumo: The proposal of this research is to treat of the self-management, therefore we pursue the following objectives: a) to elucidate the self-management as a project composed of two fronts: the educational and the social, in contraposition to the hetero-management and b) identify the principles of self and hetero-management from the analysis rhetoric within the projects of international organizations. We’ve opted to talk about the UNESCO and the World Bank because materialized symbols of the hetero-management, in order to explain the self-management for what it is not, since it is a project not yet in course in our society. The study is based on the main categories of anarchism (freedom, equality, solidarity, antiauthoritarianism, anti-statism, internationalism, anticapitalism and self-management) for the explanation of the theme and the composition of the criticism to the heteromanagement orchestrated by the so-called “masters of the world” that induce a formation in favor of the capital. It is an exploratory and qualitative type of research, with a documental study and it’s composed of three chapters: the first one treats of the anarchism as a theoretical-practical contribution to the work and its relation with the self-management and the second one is about the concepts of self and hetero-management within the social and educational field besides the activities of the international organizations, while the third chapter talks about the study of their report. We understand that the socio-educational project defended nowadays by the international organizations distance the selfmanagement proposal and that the exit to the hetero-management hegemony is its denial, that means, the pursuit of the self-management as a emancipator project, forged in the breast of counter-hegemonic educative processes.
