Resumo: |
The central objective of this thesis revolves around the analysis of the Pastoral Rural`s performance, in diocesan constituency Guarapuava / PR between 1974 and 1986 . Since its founding in 1974, the pastoral acted along the field`s men, the study relating to this activity aims to elucidate important aspects of the relationship between the Catholic Church and rural inhabitants. This work understands that the Church kept multiple forms of intervention with the land issue and, through theology, tried to recreate aspects of social life in the field, and propose ways to face specific rural environment problems; thus creating regions of meaning. To do so, there will be used the discourse of Don Frederico Helmel, first diocesan bishop, especially in his space "A Voz do Pastor" or "A Voz do Bispo." These discourses were linked to the Diocesan Bulletin. Aiming to demonstrate the specificity of Pastoral Rural`s action, such as politics and catechetical concomitantly, their speeches will not be understood as a discourse of power, but as elucidations which are intended as a doctrine. |
