Resumo: The aim of this paper were measure the effect of rhizobacteria from Eucalyptus benthamii and Pinus sp., and epiphytic bacteria isolated of E. benthamii, in seeds germination of E. benthamii in vitro and in vivo assays, when seeds of E. benthamii were treated with bacteria propagules. The isolation of rhizobacterias was performed by using serial dilution factor 10, and the epiphytic bacteria’s belong to the Forest Protection Laboratory collection of UNICENTRO. In vitro conditions were evaluated the germination of E. benthamii and root colonization of seedlings in which 80% of the bacteria isolates were able to colonize the roots of seedlings of E. bethamii. 120 days after seeds planting, in vivo conditions, were evaluated the emergence of seedlings, collar diameter, seedlings high, root tall, dry weight of phylloplane and root. Were also calculated Dickson Quality Indice, relationship of diameter/high and high/diameter. No isolate differed of the control treatment in any of the parameters avaluated. The control was constituted of seeds immersed in water for 12 hours. was efficient to growth promoting in the seedlings. None isolate was selected with potential to growth promoting to E. benthamii seedlings.
