Resumo: The fundamental principle of inclusion is that all the people have their rights guaranteed and respected its peculiarities, ensuring their freedom and socially active participation. In this sense, laws and regulations that provide for the these guarantees were created. However, the effective implementation of these provisions not happened yet in full. The present study aimed to analyze how is the relationship between education and the world of work of the person with disabilities in the city of Two Neighbors / PR, taking account of the selection process, the Quota Law, duties and contributions performance its functions, educational process and social life, to understand the person with disabilities in social, to work. The theoretical framework was based on educational and labor laws and bibliographical studies, such as articles, magazines, theses and dissertations of the last twenty years. The methodology was qualitative, that is, analyzing the phenomenon in its entirety, account all aspects that involves the studying and not in isolation. The survey was conducted in the city Two Neighbors, located in the State of Paraná Southwest. During the research semi-structured interviews were conducted with the managers of 05 companies with over 100 employees; 02 educators and educational institutions; 05 persons with disabilities entered the world of work; as well as follow-up visits in the State College working on educational and professional inclusion. The data obtained through semi-structured interviews were analyzed through Bardin`s content analysis technique (1977), investigating in an objective, systematic and quantitative also the description of the content coming from the communication. It concludes that people with disabilities are in a growing process of integration in the workplace. Companies have sought to comply with the legislation, but this does not occur in full, mainly due to lack of skilled manpower suited to the corporate segment. The people with disabilities inserted at work, for the most part, development, mechanical activities and little of reasoning, normally fulfilling its function efficiently, effectively and assiduous. The study showed that this is due: the contact with specialized educational institutions, which make the link between family, work and accessibility; the agencies worked through the registration and dissemination of vacancies; and the process of differentiated and suitable selection for people with disabilities, who have been great allies in effective insertion at work, reducing turnover and increasing the satisfaction of both the business owner and the contractor. However, the relationship business education x occurs between specialized agencies and non-regular school, except for vacancies in technical or higher level. As for the educational process, although they have suffered prejudice in mainstream education, all they said to be of great value to obtaining the formal work, personal development and autonomy.
