The Municipal Patronato Program arose in Paraná from 1976 in city of Londrina as an experience of university extension witch aimed the reinsertion of egresses of the penitentiary system into society. On this perspective, with this study we seek to understand what were the material conditions lived deeply by individuals assisted by the Municipal Patronato Program of the city of Guarapuava-Pr, who contributed to the committal of misdemeanor related to financial obtainment. The research was performed by means of interviews, from reports, which were analyzed as representations of individuals about their life, their educational journey and work experience, and this means that methodologically the research emphasized such representations as important evidence both for theoretical analysis, in categorizing of representations, as alleged measures practices and Public Politics suggested. We note that there is a family history of school exclusion suffered by the assisted of the program that runs through generations.
