Resumo: | This paper is built upon the concerns of the actions of psychologists in several contexts, in which gender relations and sexual diversity emerge as everyday demands. It aims to investigate the discourses on the said topic, in the formation of psychologists at public universities in the State of Paraná, from the course normative documents. As analysis parameter, it contemplates feminist theories and post-structuralist gender, which underlie other discursive possibilities on human relations and Psychology. It underlies on the Discourse Analysis of Michel Pêcheux, the archeagenealogy of Michel Foucault and Cultural Studies of Tomaz Tadeu da Silva. It is assumed the education and science to enable these constructions. Thus, gender and/or gender relations, sexual diversity, queer, speeches, monsters, disciplinary devices and Discourse Analysis, are interconnected so as to interrogate this object. The genre corresponds to the social construction, whereby subjectivities are established, it frames power relations and sexual difference. The queer represents the difference and comes from a group of political movement, which is against normalization. These two concepts are assumed to be analyzers. By analyzing the official documents of the Psychology Graduation, It was revealed the invisibility of disciplinary devices on Gender Relations and sexual diversity. Such documents silence the theme and resist including it in the Psychology Graduation Course. The silences also conceived by Ministério da Educação e Cultura evoke the need of greater positioning of the Federal Council of Psychology. For, the speeches of Psychology legitimize gender and sexual diversity violence. Psychoanalysis dominates the discourses on sexuality and has a decisive role on the pathologization of these speeches. In this sense, the grammar may be established in the resistance movement and the practicing psychologist can and must take a political position, which does not tolerate phobic speeches. The concepts systematized in this research go through reflection and discursive construction articulations in the production of such knowledge. For, they are linked to the context and produce positionings, which deal with the identity and the difference as political issues, which require problematizations and centralize, in such speeches, the production processes of differences. Therefore, it is defended a pedagogical and curricular strategy of the identity and difference, that takes into account the contributions of recent cultural theory, especially the post-structuralist inspired ones, added to the possibility of rethinking and recreating the living, education and psychology conditions. |
