For many centuries Brazil promoted a excluding development, the reinvidications and the social manifestations lead by anti-slavery and indigenous moviments resulted in the homologation of the law 10.639/2003 and later the law 11.645/2008 The first law predicts the obrigation of teaching the Afro-Brazilian History and Culture in the private and public schools of the country, and in every discipline of the curriculum, specially in the areas of Artistic education, History and Literature The law objective is to bring knowledgement to the students, the black fight history, their contribution to the culture and their participation in social, politic and economic dimensions, which impacted directly in Brazil development In March 2008, is published the law number 11.645, which alters the law number 9.394/96 and modifies the law number 10.639, including the teaching the Afro-Brazilian and Indigenous Culture as mandatory in the institutes curriculum, promoting the discussion around the Indigenous Culture. in 2006, the Parana State Council of Education CEE approves the Deliberation of number 04, that institutes complementary norms to the National Curricular Guidelines for the education of the Racial Ethnic Relations. The same year, through the Education of the State Secretary (SEED) and Education Superintendence (SUED), it was approved the Instruction number 017/2006, which instructs about the teaching of the Racial Ethnic Relations and the History of Afro-Brazilian Culture in establishments of public education of Parana state. In 2010 it was published the Resolution number 3.399/2010, which regulates the composition and working of the Multidisciplinary Teams in the state teaching establishments, Regional Centers and associated institutes. This study is based on the consideration of this legislations and the multidisciplinary team effectivation, with the intention of interpret how this educational practices are understood in the school context. Initially through the analysis of theoretic referential related to the thematic, legislation, deliberations and orientations. In a second moment it is going to be described the results of the field research, composed by participant observation, field diary, questionnaires and interviews, carried out together with the members who took part in the Multidisciplinary Team in the 2018 year in the Santo Antonio State School. The objectives of this research were: 1) To know which actions developed by the team to appreciation of the Afro-Brazilian and Indigenous Culture; 2) To understand the importance of the Multidisciplinary Team actuation against the Racial Ethnic questions in the school context; 3) To comprehend how the concept of the culture and black identity is approached by the members of the team and what is the meaning of this concepts assigned for them in their narratives. The school has a fundamental roll in the cultural formation, the Multidisciplinary team contributes to the envolviment of the educational agents in the discussions around the ethnic-racial questions in this context The relevance of this study is caracterized by the necessity of undestand this teams as a discussion space and knowledge production, enabling the reader to identify his acting as a fundamental part in the cultural production inside the school community. |
