Resumo: |
Access to justice, as a fundamental citizen's right, must be strengthened by the use of new technologies and by providing assistance to citizens during artistic and cultural events. The Forró Court proposes a model of citizen justice during the June festivities in Caruaru/PE. Through the pacifying action of full reception, it collaborates with the reduction of congestion charges in the judiciary. A kind of itinerant justice, it aims to avoid judicialization and the delay traditionally offered in the resolution of conflicts, favoring university extension and the use of available extrajudicial alternatives. The question investigated in our research intends to verify if the Forró Court, in its instrumental proposal, ensures access to justice and its democratization with digital innovation. It is known that it is difficult to serve the citizen and carry out justice effectively and quickly, due to a slow, anachronistic and inhumane process. The new sense of justice has echoed strongly from the itinerant courts and the multi-door system. It is concluded that the prevention of litigation in partnership with university centers, public defenders can offer citizens a differentiated possibility of access to justice, where the main focus is the immediate reach of consensual and restorative solutions. The problem is to have the perception of citizen justice in tune with the digital world, aimed at the most vulnerable and all those able to receive the jurisdictional provision by electronic means, preserving security in data protection, all this, bringing speed, effectiveness and better distribution in justice activities. |
