Resumo: |
In this thesis, we intend to map the challenges of the coordination in three Psychology courses of private higher education institutions in the Northeast Outback, from the variables that permeate the exercise of this assignment on the HEIs studied, in a context of competitivity in which the predatory capture of students predominates. Specifically, we intend to: 1) characterize the scope of roles exert by the coordinators in courses of Psychology in the Outback region; 2) map the challenges of the coordinators of these courses by their own experiences; and 3) identify the enabler and limiters mechanisms of institutional processes. To achieve the proposed objectives, we lead an exploratory research and qualitative in nature, rooted in the perspective theoretical methodological of Cartography, that proposes maping the field of forces in action in the research territory. Three coordinators and a former vice-coordinator of Psychology courses took part in this research. We used the field diary and the narrative interview as resources, adopting as guiding question: How has it been your experience as coordinator in the course of graduation, taking to account the course is found in the Northeast Outback? The results indicated that the logistics to the courses to take effect were a great challenge to the coordinators. The great distances between towns, road, transportation, the travel time, the difficulty to contact professionals from the HEIs and displacement of students to the towns where the HEIs are located were the main difficulties. The coordenators point out the collabotarion of the faculty and students as a rich strategy to the confrontation of these difficulties, highlighting the great responsabilities and the tied workload. Therefore, the construction of a net coordinators-faculty-students-civil society-institutions is a possible way to coordinate with more fluidity. |
